The Nicklaus Design course is currently holes which can be enjoyed by players of all levels, perfect for professionals and amateurs. Its spectacular design demands a diverse range of shots to successfully overcome the obstacles, making its round an ideal place to hold tournaments, with the extra incentive offered by the various water hazards that embellish the course and its wonderful views. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the player great skills and composure when facing them. The course will be expanded to 18 holes in the near future.

La Serena Golf

La Serena Golf is located right next to the Mar Menor. Mainly flat, the golf course’s main difficulties are the prevailing Levante wind and the many water hazards that come into play in 16 of the 18 holes. The course, which is not overly long, has a traditional structure. Accuracy off the tee is a must, as bunkers, desert areas and the aforementioned water hazards are all dangerous. The golf course is walkable. Good challenge for low handicappers, and there are good lay-up options for the rest of us.

The midsize, par 71 golf course at El Valle Golf Resort is located in a beautiful desert valley. The golf course has holes which are bordered by other holes, and not to the homes or villas, creating an open and natural setting. Instead of length, the course is oriented more toward creating difficulties and challenges for the player. The course rewards innovative and bold shots. El Valle Golf Resort includes groups of subtly shaped bunkers that sink into the desert landscape of holes surrounded by natural rocks. Two lakes that flow into brooks and cascades provide the perfect touch to make El Valle Golf Resort a unique stop among the golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Real Campoamor Golf Club

Located 10 km from Torrevieja, the Royal Campoamor Golf Club opened in 1989 and was designed by Carmelo Gracias Caselles. It is 6203 metres long with a par of 72. There are three 18 hole courses within 500 metres distance of Real Club de Golf Campoamor stands out. The Real Club de Colf Campoamor is covered in lush grass, and is surrounded by beautiful pine woods and orange trees and overlooking the coast from Torrevieja to La Manga del Mar Menor.
The present facilities of the Real Club de Golf Campoamor will be shortly replaced by an ambitious project including the construction of a new Club House in the highest point of the estate. It will have cafeteria, bar and restaurant, large and luxurious social lounges, terraces, changing rooms, shops, club room, storage room, offices, parkings, swimming pools, children's playground with babysitting, sport centre, and facilities for tennis, paddle and horse riding.
